Our client envisioned a versatile space that could seamlessly transition between large training sessions, happy hours, and company town hall meetings. To meet their needs, we designed a technology-enabled environment where outside trainers, lawyers, and vendors can connect effortlessly, empowering their staff and clients to meet the demands of their business. The space features strategically placed microphones to ensure clear audio throughout and a high-quality projector large enough to deliver crisp, readable content, even from the back of the room.

What was the issue?

The client has a remote office that needed seamless integration into the training and educational opportunities hosted at their main office. They wanted a solution that would enable full engagement for all team members, regardless of location. The system needed to be user-friendly, adaptable to various needs, and ready to use without the hassle of relocating or reconfiguring equipment.

What did we do to solve it?

During our evaluation of the space, we recognized that the open layout and low ceilings could present audio challenges. To turn this into an advantage, we installed strategically placed speakers throughout the room to ensure clear audio for presentations, videos, and remote participants. A high-mounted, adjustable projector was chosen to provide excellent visibility without obstructing the view from the back of the room. The entire system was designed for simplicity, with intuitive controls accessible via a touch panel or wall-mounted keypad. This allows partners, lawyers, or paralegals to effortlessly use the space for both scheduled meetings and impromptu gatherings.
