Our client needed an interactive training lab to enhance the effectiveness of their training programs by providing a hands-on, immersive learning experience. This type of lab allowed participants to actively engage with the material, practice real-world skills, and receive immediate feedback, ensuring a deeper understanding of complex surgeries. The interactive lab helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. By incorporating simulations and live demonstrations, the client was able to improve learner outcomes, boost confidence, and ensure that participants were better prepared for real-life challenges.
What was the issue?
The client needed a reliable solution to broadcast live training sessions from the lab to the entire Expo Hall, ensuring that all attendees—whether inside the lab or elsewhere in the space—could fully engage with the demonstrations and expert-led sessions. The venue was designed to host a variety of events, requiring a flexible AV platform capable of supporting diverse use cases. Additionally, the system needed to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing staff to operate it independently without the need for external AV support.
What did we do to solve it?
We implemented a network video distribution system that provided the flexibility to display a wide range of content— from presentations and cameras to surgical robots, digital signage, and speakers or live surgical demonstrations—on any screen throughout the Expo Hall. To accommodate various event configurations, we incorporated a wireless presentation system and microphones, ensuring seamless adaptability for different setups. Interactive touchscreens were installed at each viewing area, offering intuitive control for users. Additionally, digital signage was placed at key locations to create a self-guided experience when large group presentations were not in session, enhancing accessibility and engagement for all attendees.
By implementing a seamless live streaming solution, the client was able to expand the reach of the training, allowing participants in different areas of the hall to follow along in real-time. This setup not only maximized engagement but also ensured that valuable insights and skills were accessible to a wider audience, enhancing the overall experience and impact of the event.
